Paul Blower is Chief Scientific Officer at LeadScope, Inc., Columbus, OH and Adjunct Professor, College of Pharmacy, Ohio State University. He received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) in 1975. Prior to joining Leadscope, he worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Chemical Abstracts Service. His expertise is in chemoinformatics and decision support tools for drug discovery. He responsibilities at LeadScope include exploring new applications of chemoinformatics techniques, new chemical content, and research needed to support extensions into allied disciplines such as ADME, toxicology and genomics.
