You may signup on the eCheminfo Web site without paying any fees. You will obtain access to:
· Visitor’s Auditorium areas
· Obtain occasional alerts on abstracts and schedule of upcoming eCheminfo events
· Post and receive news and announcements
· Networking – optionally provide contact and interest information on your profile
· Online Ticket Office for ordering
· Invitations to Selected Sponsored Virtual Conferences and Lectures

Membership or Training, Workshop or Conference Registration involves two steps:
1. Complete the Signup form to signup or access the Web site (no charge involved)
2. Once logged into the Web site please use the Online Ticket Office to complete a membership request or training or conference registration order, to make a secure payment by credit card or to request an invoice.

eCheminfo Autumn 2008 InterAction Meeting (13-17 October 2008, Philadelphia)
The eCheminfo InterAction Meeting registration fee is $1300 for early registrations completed before 30 June 2008 (975 Euros, 645 UK Pounds, 1500 CHF), and otherwise is $1500 (1130 Euros, 750 UK Pounds, 1750 CHF) for non-members. Academic participants are entitled to a reduced rate for the registration fee: $750 (565 Euros, 375 UK Pounds, 875 CHF). Registration for the meeting includes a reserved attendance slot at the face-to-face meeting including workshops and all InnovationWell meeting sessions, in addition to access to all virtual aspects before, during and after the meeting, and including a one year membership of eCheminfo and access to all eCheminfo proceedings recorded since 2003. A Day Pass can be purchased for $550 (405 Euros, 270 UK Pounds, 625 CHF). Register using the SignUp and the Online Ticket Office available after login to the website.

eCheminfo Advanced Drug Discovery Training Week (21-25 July 2008, Oxford University, Oxford, UK)
The eCheminfo Advanced Training Week registration fee is £1500 (1950 Euros, 2890 US Dollars, 3150 CHF). Academic participants such as postdoctoral and graduate student researchers are eligible for a 50% academic discount. We have available a limited number of rooms in college in Oxford and will offer these rooms on a first-come first-served basis. Please contact Nicki Douglas (Nicki Douglas at douglasconnect.com) if interested in making a room request.

The registration fee includes attendance at the five day workshop and provision of all supporting materials to use and take-home from the workshop. The fee also includes a lunch each day in addition to drinks and snacks for 2 breaks per day.

Registration at the workshop also includes a one year annual membership to eCheminfo. Register using the SignUp and the Online Ticket Office available after login to the website.

eCheminfo Membership
eCheminfo Membership provides Web-based access to community activities, resources, virtual conferences, conference calls, and eCheminfo conference proceedings (recorded since 2003) for one year and discounts on InterAction meeting and workshop registration fees. Membership signup is available from the Ticket Office which can be located after completing the signup/login to the Web site. eCheminfo annual membership dues are $330 (245 Euros, 160 UK Pounds, 375 CHF); academic members pay a reduced rate of $220 (165 Euros, 110 UK Pounds, 250 CHF).

eCheminfo 2003-2004 Conference Proceedings

You can place an order for the eCheminfo 2004 conference proceedings through the Online Ticket Office which is available after logging into the website. The conference proceedings fee is $110 (85 Euros, 55 UK Pounds, 125 CHF) and provides access to the eCheminfo 2004 virtual conference "Applications of Cheminformatics & Chemical Modelling to Drug Discovery" presentations and media archives including recorded audio from the conference. Purchase of the 2004 Conference Proceedings includes additional access to the proceedings of the first eCheminfo 2003 virtual conference. more on 2003 proceedings…

You can place an order for the eCheminfo 2005 conference proceedings through the Online Ticket Office which is available after logging into the website. The conference proceedings fee is $110 (85 Euros, 55 UK Pounds, 125 CHF) and provides access to presentations and media archives including recorded audio from the conference.

Refund Conditions
A 50% refund will be granted to event registration bookings when the cancellation is received by us in writing 1 month prior to the event commencement date. Registrants who cancel less than one month before the event commencement date or do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds can be granted for annual membership fees. Both registrations and memberships can be transferred to another member of your organisation through submitting such a request to Douglas Connect.
